Dining at seven seas

While you stay at Seven Seas, your stay will be one that you will treasure from years to come. Meals at the villa are one part of your stay that will remain in your memory. The staff sets a gorgeous table with fine china, beautiful fresh flower arrangements in the dining room, by the poolside, in the gazebo, in our pavilion or anywhere on the property you wish to dine. Special requests are gladly taken, as well as any dietary requirements or restrictions. If you plan on dining out, our staff would be more than happy to make reservations for you.

When you arrive at the villa, that day's meal will be planned for you. An initial supply of food and liquor is purchased in advance for the first two days of your stay. Once settled in, you will discuss the week's menu with our cook. Your cook is happy to work with you on menus for all meals and will do the shopping. If you prefer, you may shop with the cook or leave it all up to her. The choice is yours. At the end of the week, you will receive you grocery bill which includes beverages. Food costs an average of $350-375 per person per week. The size of the group and specific food choices will affect the cost, this is just an estimate.

Throughout each day, ice and cold drinks will be available at our full service bar. Should these need replenishing, please advise any staff member.

Freshly squeezed Orange Juice, Blue Mountain Coffee, Fruit, Assorted muffins, bagels, rolls, variety of breads served with butter, jelly, peanut butter, etc. and Cereal.

Freshly squeezed Orange Juice, Blue Mountain Coffee, Fruit, and your choice of the following:

Omelets (cheese, veggie or meet), muffins, and bacon

French toast, fried eggs, and bacon

Pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon

Fried Eggs, sausage, and muffins

Scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, and bacon

Ackee and Salt Fish with fried dumplings

Some guests like a hearty lunch and others prefer a light lunch after a large breakfast. A typical lunch menu includes:

Monte Cristo Sandwich with a lettuce salad, Egg Salad, Hamburgers and French Fries, Shrimp Salad, Chicken or Tuna Salad with Banana Bread, Shepherd's pie with a lettuce salad, Grilled Cheese with a lettuce salad, Lobster Salad, and a variety of sandwiches and mixed green salads available.

Appetizers are available.

Wine is served with dinner. All meals include a lettuce salad with rolls and butter.

Dinner menus include:

Barbecued Pork Chops, beans and rice, coleslaw, and fried plantain

Fried Snapper, spaghetti with meat sauce, and string beans

Spare Ribs, mashed potatoes, and sweet corn

Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, carrots, and cho-cho

Curried goat and white rice

Turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, and cranberry sauce

Lobster w/ butter and garlic, stir fry veggies

Fresh fish of the day w/ accompaniment

Pasta w/ marinara sauce w/ vegetable

Specialty Soups:

Pepper Pot, Pumpkin, Chicken, and Red Peas Soup

Banana Cream Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, Lime Pie, Chocolate Cake, Cheesecake, Lemon Cake, Texas Sheet Cake, Ice Cream with or without fruit, Coconut cake, Tia Maria Cake, and Egg Custard

Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork prepared and cooked on our own Bigga Webba Grill!

Breadfruit, Yams, Sweet Potatoes, Cole Slaw, and Potato Salad

Don't Forget the Rum Punch!

Our staff will be more than happy to stock the bar with your favorite beverages prior to your arrival. We offer Bigga Sodas in all flavors, Red Stripe Beer, Wine, Mixed drinks and Mixers for Pina Coladas, Margarita's, etc. Try our Seven Seas Rum Punch! We bottle our very own recipe. If there is any specific brand of alcohol you would like, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate. Please note, one quart of alcohol per adult may be brought into Jamaica for personal consumption. For your convenience, a Bartender is available.
